What does it actually cost to work with PWRFULLY?
Private arrangements start at $5,000 NZD and run up to $24,000 NZD depending on scope, length and how much of the system we build with you. Growth covers six guaranteed placements, fully managed. Legacy adds twelve guaranteed placements plus the full authority and conversion system. Because every engagement is scoped to the person, we confirm the exact investment on your strategy call. This is private work and by application only.
What happens if the guaranteed placements don't come through?
We keep pitching at no extra cost until every guaranteed placement is delivered. Cancellations or host no-shows don't count against your guarantee. You get the number of placements you paid for.
How is this different from hiring a PR agency or publicist?
Three differences. We're podcast-specific rather than general press, so the pitching, prep and conversion work is built for one channel and done properly. We guarantee a defined number of placements rather than selling best-effort media relations. And Mina personally leads every engagement, you're not handed to a junior account team.
What if I've never done an interview before, or I'm not confident on camera?
That's exactly what the preparation covers. Before you're ever pitched, we work on your positioning, your message and your delivery, including practice, so you walk into each interview knowing what you're there to say and how to say it.
Do you only work with clients in New Zealand?
No. Our pitching reach is international and we place clients on shows globally. We're based in Auckland as the only dedicated podcast guesting agency in the Asia-Pacific region, but we are not limited to NZ or Australian shows.
